GameSir Taps Persica as Global Ambassador, Teases First Keyboard

GameSir used its X account to introduce Persica as its new global brand ambassador and to preview a lineup of Persica-inspired special editions, including the company’s first GameSir keyboard. The announcement, published on October 17, 2026, also confirmed that special versions of the Nova Lite 2 and G7 Pro 8K PC are in the works.

Who is Persica?

Persica, also known as Mu Xinyue, is a 20-year-old professional Identity V player for Weibo Gaming. The ambassador role places her alongside GameSir’s existing ambassadors, MenaRD and Royal2, as the company continues to build ties with competitive players.

Special editions for two controllers

GameSir stated that special versions will be made with Persica. The two controllers named in the announcement are the Nova Lite 2 and the G7 Pro 8K PC. The Nova Lite 2 currently sells on Amazon for $29.99. The G7 Pro 8K PC special edition adds another variant to GameSir’s flagship controller line, which has already seen several special editions this year.

First keyboard, still mostly under wraps

The keyboard marks a new product category for GameSir, and the company confirmed it will receive a Persica special edition. No features or specifications were provided. A teaser suggests an 87-key layout without a dedicated numpad, and pink is prominently featured, likely serving as the main color for the Persica editions.

GameSir has not announced release dates for the keyboard or the special edition controllers. The company hopes to share dates before the end of the year. Pricing and regional availability for the new products remain unconfirmed.

Entering a crowded keyboard space

GameSir’s move into keyboards puts it in the same category as 8BitDo, which has produced multiple keyboard models for years. For GameSir, the keyboard represents an expansion beyond the controllers it has announced throughout the year, while the Persica special editions extend its strategy of tying products to ambassador partnerships.
