Redmi G27Q 2026 Standard Edition Arrives in China at CNY 999 with 240Hz 2K IPS Panel
Xiaomi has announced the Redmi G27Q 2026 Standard Edition, a new 27-inch gaming monitor for the Chinese market. The display is set to go on sale through JD.com starting October 21, carrying a price of CNY 999, which translates to roughly $149. The launch was revealed on October 17, 2026.
Display and Performance

At the heart of the monitor is a 27-inch IPS panel with a 2560 x 1440 resolution, commonly referred to as 2K. It delivers a 240 Hz refresh rate and a 1 ms GTG response time, targeting gamers who need smooth motion. Peak brightness reaches 500 nits, and the panel offers 178-degree viewing angles. Color coverage is rated at 100% sRGB and 95% DCI-P3, with 8-bit color depth.
Gaming and Eye-Care Features
AMD FreeSync Premium support is included to help reduce lag, tearing, and stuttering during gameplay. Xiaomi has also added several in-game aids: a dynamic crosshair with five modes and adjustable color, a night vision mode, and Darkfield Enhancement Pro for improved visibility in dark scenes.
For eye comfort, the monitor incorporates Xiaomi Green Mountain Eye Protection and carries TUV Rheinland blue light certification. According to Xiaomi, these features contribute to reduced eye strain during extended use.
Connectivity and Ergonomics
The Redmi G27Q 2026 Standard Edition provides two DisplayPort 1.4 ports, two HDMI 2.0 ports, and a headphone jack. The stand supports height, pivot, swivel, and tilt adjustments, and the monitor is also compatible with VESA mounts for flexible placement.
Positioning Within the Lineup
The Standard Edition joins the Redmi G27Q 2026 family, which previously launched in China earlier in 2026. Compared to the non-Standard G27Q 2026, the new variant lowers the refresh rate from 320 Hz to 240 Hz. The non-Standard model is priced at CNY 1,299 (around $189).
Relative to the older G27Q 2025, the Standard Edition adds AMD FreeSync Premium support. The overall design remains unchanged from its predecessor.
Availability
Xiaomi has not announced any plans for a global release of the Redmi G27Q 2026 Standard Edition. Pricing and availability outside China remain unknown.
