Doogee Note60 W Debuts at Canton Fair With a Familiar Look

Doogee used the 140th Canton Fair in Guangzhou to introduce its first wide-screen handset, the Doogee Note60 W series. The company announced the device through its official WeChat account and put it on display in Hall 20.2 at booths G59 to G64. Beyond the form factor, the most striking detail is how closely the launch poster follows Huawei’s promotional for the Pura X View.

What Doogee has confirmed

The Note60 W carries a 6.38-inch wide display running at 90 Hz. Doogee has not confirmed the panel type, aspect ratio or resolution, though an LCD panel is expected. The body measures 8.4 mm thick and packs a 6,500 mAh battery. On the software side, the phone ships with Android 17.

Those are the headline numbers. Details about the chipset, memory configuration, camera hardware, price and exact release date have not been announced. Doogee has indicated the phone should be available in the coming month, putting a launch somewhere around late October or November 2026.

Two posters, one template

The design resemblance to the Huawei Pura X View is not subtle. Both promotional images show a red phone held in two hands, with the back facing left and the front facing right. Both place a horizontal, racetrack-shaped camera module with three lenses and a flash across the upper rear. Both use a striped rear texture and a vertical logo in the lower-left corner. Both also feature a red orb wallpaper.

The differences are visible on closer inspection. The Note60 W render shows a thicker bottom bezel, while the Pura X View has bezels of uniform thickness on all four sides. The Pura X View lock screen also displays a stacked HarmonyOS clock, which does not appear on the Doogee render.

Still to be revealed

Doogee’s booth presence gives visitors a look at the hardware, but the specification sheet remains incomplete. Camera sensors, memory options, pricing and global availability are all unconfirmed. Whether the Note60 W will reach markets outside China is likewise unclear.

For now, the Note60 W stands as a wide-screen entry from a brand better known for rugged devices, borrowing heavily from Huawei’s visual language while offering its own battery and software figures. More details are expected as the phone approaches its stated release window.
